This post has been in my head for so long. Why? Because in my 4 years in the corporate world and 2 years now as an entrepreneur I have observed some disturbing behavior in the work place. I have watched people flirt in the office and then proceed to invite their spouses to the company end-year party. In the these 6 years, I have encountered people I liked working with; people who are great company. At that moment I noticed the danger of going beyond work and that is what I want us to talk about today.
You see, we spend the better of our lives working alongside people in an organization. It could be an office job or you may be working in the field. Either way, we have colleagues who we see every other day; some we like, some we don’t. Because coworkers spend a great deal of time together they share goals, frustrations, disappointments, and many other experiences.
